not very essential but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with regular typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not sure how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I ought to’ve stated that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another actually great actually great prospect to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
