get about 2 actions a day about like clearly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a lot of these people seem to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a normal conversation however with talk area you may say this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they might state oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something good to think about you understand something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit more affordable than going in to talk with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the real price like here someone it’s about that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of nice the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it besides perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not know that was simply something I thought of however that’s.

not really essential but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m unsure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to give some like final thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a short summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s actually helpful for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so basically I think it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy job or something like that I believe also another really terrific truly great candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
