get about 2 reactions a day about like certainly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely immediate in that regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a typical discussion however with talk area you may state this and then it might be five hours later on and after that they might state oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I indicate like you can call someone and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something excellent to think about you know something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than entering to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here somebody it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not very crucial however overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m unsure just how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I simply wished to give some like last thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to provide a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s actually good for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I think I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so essentially I believe it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I believe also another really great really great candidate to utilize talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
