get about two actions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a lot of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s rapid that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a typical discussion however with talk space you might say this and then it might be 5 hours later and after that they might say oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your pals you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think of you know something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a great bit more affordable than entering to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real cost like here somebody it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking actually due to the fact that like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was simply something I thought of but that’s.

not very important however overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good so far um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m not sure just how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I simply wished to give some like final ideas I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a quick introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s truly good for like tension type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s really excellent if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another actually terrific truly excellent candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
