not very essential but general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not sure just how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at once however back here so I simply wished to provide some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to provide a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s truly great for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I should’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy task or something like that I believe likewise another really terrific actually terrific candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway however like I need to work out some insurance coverage things prior to I even like consider this so I mean I believe it’s a great service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I really enjoy I watch all of her videos and she talked about it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can insert it here again and that resembles something similar so if you want to look into that a person to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk area was since my partner was kind of pressing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a great deal of stress so so he type of was the one who was stating hey you need to actually speak with somebody and he learnt about talk area and so that was the one that he really recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about but once again like it’s really like talked about a lot through sponsorships and that’s practically the only method I’ve ever heard of it I haven’t truly become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this but yeah I believe it’s I believe it’s a fantastic service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was kind of beginning to state before if you have deeper problems if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it’s important to be seeing somebody personally specifically if it’s you understand things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to talk about more thorough concerns there’s something I’ve sort of observed like certainly these are deep.
