With your therapist type of instantaneously …Betterhelp Om…and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly handy for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not extremely essential but general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m uncertain how much that really is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to give some like final ideas I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a quick summary and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s actually good for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I should’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so essentially I believe it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think also another truly terrific really excellent prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
