With your therapist kind of immediately …Back To Chubby Betterhelp…and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually practical for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message due to the fact that generally they do a lot of these people appear to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really immediate in that regard like going over things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a normal conversation however with talk area you might say this and then it might be five hours later on and then they may say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your pals you know what I indicate like you can call someone and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to think about you understand something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it seems to be an excellent bit cheaper than entering to speak with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here someone it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I thought about however that’s.

not really essential however total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m unsure just how much that really is simply me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s really helpful for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so basically I believe it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another truly great actually fantastic candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t. concerns since they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making depressed or distressed but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m actually anxious about starting a new task I am truly anxious about you understand graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not truly like existential things um however like I stated if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be fantastic um it also depends on like how comfortable you resemble speaking with a phone like I understand that that sounds unusual but like do you video chat with your buddies do you you know what I indicate since if you do not then I seem like it’s gon na be truly strange like you holding up a phone or like speaking with your laptop since it’s gon na be like this unusual like synthetic thing but like if you’re used to that then it’s kind of like fine whatever like this is typical that’s something I saw I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m type of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who takes a trip like full-time since that would be remarkable like then you could really have therapy if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
