The Arkansas Chapter of the American Military Retiree Association, wanting to be part of the National Military Retirees Grass Root Groups billboard project and not having a good location for a road side billboard nor the money to pay for a large sign, elected to design a traveling billboard.

The AMRA Chapter took money from the operating fund and collected additional money from some of the members to pay for their travel billboard. Our sign now has been parked in most major parking lots across North East Arkansas or soon will be. Many have seen and some have made comments and asked questions.

The sign was developed by Harry Butts, Arkansas AMRA State President and AMRA's National President, Donald L. Waterworth, Sr. The sign was made so that it can be mounted in the back of a Pick-up, as shown, or installed on a small trailer.
